Purpose of Seminar
The participants will experience the vegan cuisine, special techniques and recipes, and menu for vegan restaurants. Especially those who attend the program will learn the culinary and confectionery techniques, as well as some recipes, which are required so that they can prepare menus for a VEGAN diet.

A few words about the lecturer
Nikos Gaitanos is an exclusively vegan chef and vegetarian food chef with experience in most vegan restaurants in Greece. He has collaborated with restaurants in London and York, England. He owns the VEGAN BEAT in Athens and LET’S VEGAN in Rethymno. He is also responsible for the menu of HEALTHY BITES restaurants in Athens and THE SAINTS STORES in Thessaloniki. Finally he is the author of the famous cookbook Dirty Vegan.
