A few words about the instructor

Alper Deli has been working in the catering area since 1998. He has worked for many years at various bars in Patra and Xanthi and in 2014 he moved to Athens, where he worked as a bartender at the Fuga, Hytra group and then as an assistant manager in Noel. The last 4 years he has been the Head Bartender of the 7 JOKERS Center's emblematic bar and since the beginning of 2017 he is the Brand Ambassador in Greece for Fratelli Branca.
