A few words about the lecturer and the participants

Vasileia Kambouri has many years of experience in the tourism industry and in particular in the organization and preparation of appropriate teams to meet the requirements of high-level hotel units. Combining theoretical and practical training, she succeeds in creating the necessary bridge between the excellent customer service and the achievement of the financial objectives of the company.
She holds a Master's Degree in Political, Economic and International Relations from the University of Aegean and is a certified Life Coach. She currently works as Room Division Manager and trainer at Lindos Hotels.

Olga Mouratidou is Director of Ammos Resort, a member of HotelBrain. She has 20 years of experience in the hotel industry and in particular in the Department of Guest Relations & Complaint Management, with a presence in well-known groups in the country, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
 
Xenophon Asprakis is General Manager of The Ioannis Hotels & Resorts Group. In his 20-year career he has worked in food departments, in the supply department, in the position of an F&B Manager, always aiming at optimal customer service.
 
Panagiotis Kounakis is Owner – Director of the Kounakis Jewels and Watches jewellery chain. Having many years of experience and a Master's degree in Management from the University of Sheffield, he transmits his knowledge by teaching since 2020 at Anko Rhodes "Sales Techniques and Customer Service".
