Mr. Anastasiou in the 1st part of his presentation spoke about the stages of travel, referring to the 5 stages of the traveler who are:
1) The Dream
2) the organization
3) the closure
4) the stay
5) the sharing of experience and how we should aim and come to digital contact, in each of the 5 stages of travel, with the traveler.
While in the 2nd part he referred to Reputation management analyzing the online corporate reputation management which has become a critical component of many corporate advertising campaigns and is the most modern tool for viewing hotels.
