At the top are the students of Anko in the International Competition #Eurhodip 2019 Hotel Entrepreneurship, held on 16-18 October in Istanbul.
Erion Prendi of Anko Rhodes won first place, Apostolos Kordotsakis of Anko Kos won third place.
Exceptional were the participations of the students Panagiota Binta and Basiliki Kolligri.
In the competition participated 25 students, 11 Schools of Tourism from Switzerland, France, Pakistan, Cyprus, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Holland, Slovenia, and Russia. Our school was the only one which represented Greece.
The students lived an exceptional experience in which they were called to come out of their safety zone, to cooperate effectively, communicate with different people of different nationalities and cultures reinforcing their personal strength and confidence.
We received many congratulations for the outstanding educational level of our students from the organizers of the Competition.
In particular we thank the tutors who coached our students, Mrs Katerina Kastrouni, Mrs Despoina Saltouridou and Mr Emmanuel Arvanitis.
Once more we have proven the strength of tourism education and we bring to prominence the tourist destination of the Dodecanese.
