An amazing gastronomic journey into the world of Brunch we performed at Anko's facilities. Students of the culinary and pastry departments, catering professionals and amateur cooks attended a highly interesting seminar on Brunch and its philosophy.
The chef Giakallis Elias presented his own culinary proposals in an interactive seminar. Those who attended the seminar had the opportunity to try the various dishes and to receive the corresponding recipe book.
