We thank the company Apostolas-Cash systems for the presentation of the ordering system to the students of the Serving Art Course.
The system consists of software in the cashier, the order screen, the printer and the waiter’s wireless terminal.
Students learned to:
1. Check Order before shipment
2. Separate appetizers from the main dish
3. Selected comments/modifiers for the items.
4. Separate an account.
5. Make a table change
6. Send messages to the kitchen.
7. Cancel item
