Stamatis Billis

SOMMELIER

Stamatis Bilis comes from the island of Kos and his profession is a sommelier.

His studies in wine took place in Italy in Perugia in 2000. He has worked for many years as a wine vendor, and has been working for the last three years as a sommelier at the Aqua Blu Hotel in Kos. 

He also takes care of wine lists in many hotels and restaurants on the island of Kos and the Dodecanese, while at the same time he teaches Oenology at Anko in Kos. His greatest passion is Wine and Food Science.
