Leonidas Platellas
HOTEL MANAGER
Leonidas Platellas is a graduate of the Rhodes School of Tourism.
He started his professional career in 2008 at the Grecotel Group, where he remained until 2018, following an upward course in the development of his career from Restaurant Manager to F&B Manager.
From 2018 to 2020 he worked as Operations Manager of the Diamond Collection Hotels Group and is now Hotel Manager of Lango Design Hotel & Spa in Kos. I have in mind the saying "I grow old while learning" and despite his experience and knowledge in management positions of luxury hotels, he is still continuously trained through seminars of tourist organizations and international organizations, such as INSETE, the Cyclades Chamber Google and TUV Academy.
Through his trainings and many years of experience, he deals with the conculting of the administration and the food departments of hotel units and restaurants, while at the same time he is a professor in the IEK and LLC departments departments of ANKO, in the field of administration and food professions.
