Konstantinos Karpathios
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Konstantinos Karpathios is a graduate of the public IEK of Culinary Arts - Chef. He is constantly trained through a variety of seminars in the field of catering
He started his cooking career working at the Porto Bello Beach Hotel in Kardamena, Kos, and later worked as a sous chef at the Village Hotel and Kos Bay View Resort.
From 2009 to 2012, he worked as a chef at the award-winning Aegean Tavern restaurant in Kalymnos, while from 2013 to 2015 he worked at the restaurant "Meet the Greek" in Sydney, Australia in a similar position. In the following years he worked at the "Maison Des Lys" in Santorini and at the "More Meni" hotel as executive chef.
Now he has the organization and administration of the food departments of the City and Philippion hotels in Kos, while for the last two years he has been a professor in the Culinary Arts departments of the basic level of ANKO
