Το πρόγραμμα αποσκοπεί στη διασφάλιση της ποιότητας, την παραγωγή ασφαλών προϊόντων και την προστασία του καταναλωτή σύμφωνα με τον Κανονισμό 852/2004 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Συμβουλίου της 29ης Απριλίου 2004 για την υγιεινή των τροφίμων.

Target audience

The level 1 program is ideal for people that are simple users of health and hygiene issues. The minimum duration of the program is 10 hours and EFET is responsible for the content of the program, its approval and the assessment and certification of it.

The program is necessary for those who participate at the food processing and the business with the following content: preparation, processing, production, packaging, storage, logistics, placement, sales. It is ideal also to managers that are related to the food chain.


1st DAY

  • Introduction to the program
  • Micro-organisms and their attributes
  • Food poisoning and its prevention
  • Personal health care and food users’ behavior

2nd DAY

  • The working environment
  • Cleaning Practices
  • Common viruses
  • Regulations

At the end of the program, all the attendants participate at the assessment process and they obtain the certificate of attendance. Also, they have the right to participate at EFET exams. The dates of the exams are regulated by EFET. The process of the exams participation are announced at the official site of EFET
