The OnTour Tourism School travels to Rhodes.

It is an educational, non-profit action, which started due to the partnership of the Institute of Sete (INSETE) and the SCHOOL OF TOURISM OF KALAMATA. The national organization of the OnTour Tourism Schools is curated by INSETE, in cooperation with local authorities, Mr. Manolis Markopoulos, representative of the Rhodes Hoteliers Association and Mrs. Stergia Epsimos, director of the ANKO School of Tourism. The aim of the OnTour Tourism School is to "equip" tourism professionals with new knowledge, ideas and skills, offering them motivation and inspiration through experienced speakers and modern thematic modules. At the two-day School participants will have the opportunity to attend specialized speakers, who will offer important knowledge through interactive suggestions on tourist topics. The OnTour Rhodes Tourism School aims to bring the local community together and enhance the implementation of cooperations, highlighting the values of volunteering and fair competition. It is addressed to those who, directly or indirectly, are employed and influencing the tourist product and the services of Rhodes. In the OnTour Tourism School will have the opportunity to attend for free over 300 participants, who will receive a certificate of attendance from the international university, centred in Thessaloniki. It is recalled that the OnTour Tourism School has already visited 10 destinations (Poros, Pieria, Skiathos, Chios, Halkidiki, Nafplio, Kefalonia, Limnos, Kos and Corinthia) and over 3000 people have participated. The OnTour Rhodes Tourism School is organized by the Rhodes Hoteliers Association with the support of the ANKO School of Tourism. The team of professionals, who frame the local event, is led by Local Ambassasor, President of the Rhodes Hoteliers Association, Mr. Manolis Markopoulos and the Director of ANKO, Mrs Stergia Epsimos. The OnTour Tourism School of Rhodes, is under the academic auspices of the International Greek University of Thessaloniki.On the first day there will be speeches, while on the second day workshops.
