A few words about the speaker

George Anastasakos has studied Tourism Business Management at the Technological Institute of Patras, he has completed his Masters Degree in Hotel Management at the Thames Valley University in London and has specialized in Revenue Management at Cornwell University.

Most important positions in his life:

In 2000 he occupied the Managers position in the booking department of the Sheraton Skyline Hotel in Heathrow Airport in London. During the following years he evolved continuously in the chain of command in the direction of Revenue Management. He has worked for Aldemar Hotel & Spa in Finance positions, as a Management Consultant on a wide range of topics mainly concerning the Sales and Marketing Departments.

In 2010 he moved on to the Market.me! company as a Business Solutions Specialist. In May 2011 he took over the position of Revenue Manager at the hotel Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach  (Dubai, U.A.E.) of the Accor hotel chain. Since September 2013 up to now he works for the hotel chain Radisson Hotel Group, firstly as a Cluster Director of Revenue Management Optimization, for two of the company’s hotels in the area Deira in Dubai and since March 2017 as Cluster Director of Revenue for two of the company’s hotels in the area Business Bay in the centre of Dubai.

Before the seminar there will be an introductory meal with the speaker, the seminar participants and the management of Anko.
