We, as ANKO academy, being most proud for the development of our IVT, remain focused on our common vision for its constant development and upgrading. Through this website, we will have the chance to discuss the issues that concern us.

Kalliopi Stamati

Ready now to combine my love for Education and the world of Hospitality & Business, I have been teaching the new and promising talents of the field, in the department of Hotel Management in ANKO, Rhodes since 2016.

My passion for education and excellence in providing services, regardless of nationality and way of thinking, have stimulated me to complete my higher education studies in the Department of Primary Education at the University of the Aegean and, then, turn to the Hospitality Industry, in which I have been working for the last 9 years.

I started my career at the 5* Sheraton Rhodes Resort Hotel of Marriot International, where I have the position of VIP & Guest Services Supervisor, which I still hold until today.

Wishing to enrich my knowledge, I moved to more specialised studies in the field of Service Culture, Property Data Handling Procedures, The Welcome & Farewell Emotional Intelligence. In 2016, I was given the chance to explore new professional practices, through the completion of Cross Training in the specilizations of Concierge and Butler in the top 5* Grande Bretagne Hotel.

In 2017, I successfully completed one more training, this time through the Hotel School The Hague/Hospitality Consultancy of the University of the Hague, established in Holland, on Front Office Management.

Today, I am an active member of ANKO in Rhodes and Kos in the position of Career Counselor and Alumni Coordinator. Additionally, I have been trained at the CIPD worldwide company in London in the sector of Education, specializing in Counseling and Coaching.
