Lazaros Chatzisavvas
EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF
Lazaros Chatzisavvas is a graduate of Confectionery Arts with a degree in the Organization of Greek Tourism Education. He also has a Certificate of Training at the Hotel & Catering Services of the Institute of Vocational Training.
He has worked as a Demi Chef de partie at the La Marquise Luxury Resort Complex in Rhodes. He also worked as a trainee at the hotels: Amirandes Grecotel Excusive Resort of Crete and Rhodes Palladium.
In 2014 he worked as a Chef de Partie at the L'air du temps a 2 Michelin Stars Restaurant in Namur, Belgium, which is one of the 50 best restaurants in the world with a Michelin star.
Currently he works as a Head Pastry Chef at the Lindos Blu & Lindos Mare Hotel in Rhodes.
He also teaches Confectionery Art in the departments of Confectionery at ANKO Rhodes.
