It was with great success that the 1st experiential learning workshop on Hospitality behavior – team building & trust took place on Saturday 30th March at ANKO with the team of @Lindos Royal, of Lindos Hotels Group.
During the workshop, we were deeply pleased that there was co-operation with the presidents of each class and , through a number of experiential learning activities, they had the opportunity to analyze the following topics:

the role of the leader

team reinforcement

trust within the team, strengthening of this trust for the reinforcement of the team efficiency, which moves towards achieving a common goal.
